Returns will be accepted as exchange only, no refunds will be issued. All food merchandise is guaranteed to be fresh and should be inspected immediately upon arrival. All claims must be made within twenty-four hours of receipt of shipment and a return authorization code will be issued by us via e-mail. No returns will be accepted without this return code. Returns will not be accepted if unsatisfactory items are discarded or partially consumed. Please keep all packaging intact for returns and ship the items for exchange back to us within 48 hours. Once claim is received and accepted by Imperial Caviar & Seafood, we will automatically reship merchandise on our expense.
Imperial Caviar & Seafood respects your personal privacy and we strive to protect any personal information you may provide us. Your personal information is not lent or sold to anyone for any purpose. If you place an order online, we only request the information needed to complete the processing of your orders and billing. We also share our users’ personal information with outside shipping companies and credit card processing companies in order to bill and ship your order, but we do not provide any more information than necessary for these purposes. We may also contact you regarding your order.
We are currently shipping online orders to Canada only. Shipping days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. The day and time your order is received will determine when your products will be shipped. You will receive an e-mail advising when your order has been processed and the shipping date. All shipments are packed with frozen gel packs and shipped via courier unless otherwise specified.
All time sensitive products are shipped via UPS or FedEx Express with gel packs to guarantee freshness.
